GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL COMMITTEE AND OMBUDSMAN
(As per the AICTE regulation of mechanism for grievance redressal,2012)
Prevention of unfair practices
(1) In order to ensure transparency in admissions and with paramount objective of preventing unfair practices in our institution and to provide a mechanism to innocent students for redressal of their grievances and in order to provide platform for the students, their parents and the other stakeholders a committee to be known as "GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL COMMITTEE (GRC)" has been constituted.
The aggrieved person shall fill in the Grievance redressal form online /offline and submit to the office of the Principal directly with all the facts and documents in order to put forth the matter to the committee to address and resolve the complaint.

(2) In order for the aggrieved students, their parents and other stakeholders when not satisfied by the decisions of the GRC in the first instance, the OMBUDSMAN has been, hereunder appointed to hear the grievance/s and to ensure its disposal within one month of the receipt of the appeal from the aggrieved.
